Easter Egg Hunt (One event held to date)

The Friends of Harewood held their first 'Easter Egg Hunt' on Thursday 7th April 2011 but instead of eggs, the hunt was for three different coloured tokens which were exchanged for chocolate bunnies at the end. The cost was £1 per child with a guaranteed prize, the event was open to children from both the infant and junior schools at Harewood and 135 children participated on a very sunny day.

Family Fun Night (Two events held to date)

On Thursday 4th March 2010, the Friends of Harewood held their first Family Fun Night which included bingo, a quiz of thirty questions and a guess the member of staff baby competition. Around 80 people paid £1 each to attend this event and the money was used to purchase prizes. The second event was held on Thursday 21st October 2010.

Film Night (One event held to date)

On Thursday 21st May 2009, the Friends of Harewood held their first Movie Night and it proved to be a huge success. 173 pupils brought blankets, sleeping bags, quilts, pillows 

and even little camping chairs to our own private screening of 'Bedtime Stories''.

Ladies Nights (Three events held to date)

The Ladies Night has been a success on every occasion it has been held, only ladies could attend to enjoy an evening of pampering and relaxation. The first event was oversubscribed with too many ladies wanting the limited treatments available, however the second event 

was better due to the more even balance of supply and demand.

School Discos (Several events held to date)

The Friends of Harewood have organised several school discos for the children. The first 

was held in 2006 and three discos are planned during the course of the year. Each disco is given a theme, these have included a Valentine theme, Halloween/Monster theme, Hawaiian theme, Beach theme and 'At the Movies' theme.
